Major topics for this test are: Political Geography (labeling the 10 assigned countries), Physical Geography (labeling the 10 assigned physical features), Environmental Issues (acid rain, air pollution, Chernobyl), the impact that Location, Natural Resources, and Climate have on Population Distribution (focusing on U.K, Russia, Germany, and Italy), and Cultural Geography (Languages, Religions, etc.). Students can use their notes, materials, etc., to study for the assessment, but as always, there are lots of materials linked from my blog that will help them prepare as well. On Wednesday, September 14, students will asked to take the European Geography Cumulative Test! This test will assess student understanding/mastery of the European Geography standards that have been taught throughout the year.
